Used Car of the Day: 2003 Volkswagen Eurovan Weekender MV

It’s been awhile since we’ve had some van time. Today, though, we rectify that with this 2003 Volkswagen Eurovan Weekender MV.

The seller is the third owner and has owned it since 2016. He or she says it’s been mostly used for camping, and it sits in a garage when not being used for sleeping in the woods.

Our seller says the van has been well maintained but more maintenance is due soon.

It does indeed look like a serious amount of maintenance work has been done, judging by the list provided in the ad.

There are some concerns, though. The mileage is 235K, the windshield has a cracked, it will need timing chains soon, and there’s air injection leak. Oh, and the torque converter lockup is “weak.”
