Today we’re going back to the early Aughts for this 2001 Toyota MR2 Spyder.
It’s been transplanted with the 2ZZ engine and has a six-speed manual transmission. The body has about 140,000 miles on it and the engine around 40,000.
Outside of the swap, the car seems to be mostly stock. There does some to be minor cosmetic work necessary, including a need for new seats, and damage from a minor parking-garage collision with a Range Rover appears to be repaired.
Our seller says that the cracks in the windshield seen in the photos have since been addressed — the windshield has been replaced.
