Today is April Fool’s Day, and every year some automakers and some automotive media outlets post something “funny.” Sometimes the jokes actually are funny, and sometimes they create a mess.
Remember the Volkswagen thing from 2021? The one we fell for that led to an SEC investigation of VW? Yeah.
We didn’t do one this year — I guess none of us had a good idea for a post, though according to some of you, all of our posts are jokes.
Anyway, what is the best and/or worst April Fool’s joke you’ve seen from an automaker, automotive media outlet, supplier, or aftermarket company?
