Just a bit ago I opined that GM/Chevy are being, uh, not very smart by killing the Chevrolet Malibu.
I extended that out to Ford and Stellantis, as well. While I don’t think every OEM needs a sedan — the Subaru Legacy is unlikely to be missed — I think the Detroit Three do.
So, reader, I ask of you — am I wrong?
This is another chance to call me a dummy in the comments below — or perhaps you agree with me.
Is there enough demand to support larger segments for mid-size, compact, and even large sedans?
Or is it just a crossover world and I’m now an old guy* tilting at windmills and yelling at clouds?
*I am not that old. But old enough.
So, what say you?
Sound off below.
